Our Policy on Cancellation, Return and Refund:

Nisarga reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. The product’s dispatch determines whether or not an order is accepted. Order confirmation, along with a unique order identification number, will be sent to the registered email address and/or phone number once the order is placed. You accept that the allocated order identification number must be used in all discussions with us regarding the order.

Our Policy on Refunds:

You may cancel your order by contacting our customer service department at the email address or phone number given. If you cancel your order on the same day that it was placed, you will receive a full refund. The order will be considered confirmed if this is not the case.

Our Policy on Refund & Return:

You are entitled to a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • If the order was cancelled before the deadline.
  • If the product you ordered is out of stock and nisarga is unable to create or supply it due to unforeseeable circumstances.
  • If you received a bottle that was broken or damaged, or the wrong product. If this occurs, please contact our customer service team at the email address and/or phone number provided within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product. Returning unused merchandise to nisarga is your responsibility.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our items, please let us know. Within three (3) days of receiving the product, you must return 90% of the unused portion to nisarga. Refunds for quality-related returns are subject to nisarga’s approval. The product will be inspected, and a refund will be issued if the cause for return is proven to be genuine. You will be notified of the status of your refund via email and/or text message.
  • If a refund is granted, the funds will be reimbursed to the card or account used to place the order, or to the original form of payment.

You are not eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If a shipment was returned due to an incorrect address.
  • If arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product.
  • If you refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery for reasons other than damage.
  • If damage to the product is reported after 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • If a quality issue is reported after 3 days of receipt of the product, nisarga reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.
